Water resources are an essential living resource for human life, and the basis for human survival, production and life.Traditional water resource monitoring is mainly performed by manual sampling and testing. This method is mainly based on sampling at fixed points and sections. The method has a large workload, high cost, and time-consuming.With the development of ground observation technology, remote sensing inversion has gradually become an important method for water resources and water environment monitoring. The basic principle of water quality remote sensing inversion is to construct an inversion model by using appropriate remote sensing image bands, and perform qualitative or quantitative evaluation of water quality.Due to the large coverage of remote sensing, this method is mostly used for water quality inversion monitoring in large-area waters. The disadvantage of this method is that it is limited by the spatial and temporal resolution of satellite images. The inversion effect is poor and the accuracy is low.As one of the emerging data collection methods in recent years, drones have the advantages of flexibility, convenience, and control. They are equipped with multispectral equipment to take high-resolution images. This provides a new way for accurate monitoring of urban rivers and lakes water quality. This paper takes the Poyang River in the main urban area of Handan City,Hebei Province as the research object.Based on the system design, the traditional artificial water surface sampling method, unmanned aerial vehicle multispectral remote sensing technology, and satellite remote sensing technology are used to conduct water quality monitoring data acquisition experiments. The advantages of combining multi-source data are studied.Firstly, based on the traditional section method, the cause and type of pollution of the river section were investigated, water quality samples were taken, and chemical tests were performed.Second, the drone was equipped with a multispectral camera and ground sampling for multispectral data collection.Spectral images, and inverse experimental research on the inversion model of water quality parameters such as oxygen content(COD),total phosphorus(TP),and total nitrogen(DN);downloading remote sensing data from land satellites in the same period also inverted aerobic The water body indexes such as COD,total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(DN),etc, were verified using ground sample data chemical test results as real samples.Based on the above studies, they were further based on UAV remote sensing data.Inverted water body index,a regression equation was constructed,a quantitative relationship between the inversion data and the measured data was established, and based on the inversion results, the Poyang River oxygen demand(COD),total phosphorus(TP),and total nitrogen(DN)and other water quality parameter spatial distribution thematic maps. The research results can provide basis for decision-making and deployment of relevant departments in Handan City.
