The Application Of Plc And Network In The Machine Examination Identification Device Transformation

Early identification of machine training examination device was mainly based on the hardware circuit, all kinds of relays and contactors and circuit component wirings were very complex, large volume, high energy consumption and failure frequent. It was affect seriously the quality of teaching and training,Each device was worked independently and only have a manual operation model,.it was out of the market demand for talent disconnect.The interface circuit of input/output with USB microcontroller C8051F340as the core was designed on the basis of originale quipment,The information was ransmited completely between the MCU and the PLC,And the control system are made to the level of conditing in he MCU and PLC,According to the network of PLC distributed control system,A bottom control and upper management of PLC distributed control syetem are basedon the single-chip and PLC and network bus.Network equipment was based on Ethernet and field bus,and the man-machine interface software was developed by using the VB and SQL language.The system was realized intelligent management and achieved manual with automatic mode of operation,The problem of high failure rate which original equipment was solved. The main work of this paper included the following aspects:1. The overall design scheme was proposed detailly of the hardware circuit transformation for the machine testing device,And introduced the design of every part of hardware circuit.2. This solution was studied of the machine testing device.The system interface circuit was designed by using single chipand and peripheral circuit.The construction of PLC distributed control system was developed by using Ethernet and field bus.The data of the microcontroller was collected through the MCU,And realized the function with low layer control and upper management of the network device by using communication technology.3. The paper Analysed the application of PLC distributed control system which was in the system of machine tool testing device.The system for database management of the software was developed by using the VB and SQL language,And achieved the requirement of the equipment with intelligent management,The practicability and stability of the system was improved.4. Based on these, we accomplished the system information management subsystem and data management subsystem and examination paper management subsystem and examination management subsystem. Finally, we applied this system in transform of experimental installation and got teaching effect well and high praise.
