The paper is a automatically upgraded and reformed project,which is from the centralized control system of sieve of a certain coal mine manufacturing enterprise from Xinjiang.Combining Nation with Xinjiang about the development trend of coal industry,the consumer market for the demand and quality requirement of coal production and the defect and question existing in the centralized control system of the current enterprise.According to the running status of the on-site equipment and the function and features of 200-PLC from the company of Siemens,the research scheme based on the control system of the coal mine sieve is developed.Through building the distributed control scheme of the screening system with PLC as the core controller,the monitor screen of the computer is designed by the configuration software.It can effectively solve the problems such as the low automation standard of the current screening system,the operation being not stable and the manufacturing process being not real-time dynamically monitored.Combining the existing hardware equipments of the centralized control system of sieve from the enterprise,the appropriate hardware facilities have been selected from the perspective of comprehensive consideration of the stability of operation,security,reliability and the economy of the system, and the communicaiton of the ModBus fieldbus have been established between the equipment from the work site and the PLC controller.Then the communication of TCP/IP between PLC controller and the host computer.The problem of stability,timeliness and openness of communication can be solved well.The design of control flow of the screening system have been completed by the programming software,the corresponding control programming have been compiled,and the function of the automatic monitoring system have been realized.The design of programming to the function of data acquisition to the work site by PLC controller,command transmission,on or off control,hand or automatic selection and centralized control and switch on-site have been completed by the main part of the control programming;the level of oil tank from the system of the lubricating oil,the temperature and flow of lubricating grease have been controlled by PID calculation through the supplementary part.And the system of the automatic monitoring have been realised.Then the interface of monitoring,alarm and the Access database of the third party of the system have been built by the software of Kingview and so on.Finally the dynamic monitoring system of the computer of the system of the sieve have been built.The communication to the system,data acquisition and transmission,automatic control and the start or stop to the equipment have been simulated, operated and tested.Then the scheme of design and the logical structure of the programming have been revised constantly.The testing work have been completed successfully at last.Which provides the reliability and feasibility for the actual operational of the system.The test results showthe feasibility of the designed control scheme is very good.
