With the rapid development of the functionalization and sophistication of mechanical equipment, various of new materials and processing methods have been applied to product development, which lead to the emergence of vibration drilling. Vibrating device is the most critical device in vibration drilling, but traditional vibrators are lack of stability during the process of vibrating drilling, or only could drive a tool vibration, but not enough output to drive the workbench vibration, or limited by its own structure and can’t reach a higher frequency.This paper uses a high frequency hydraulic vibrator as the vibration device of vibration drilling, which has the characteristics of high frequency, slight amplitude and large output. The elastic cover of the flutter vibrates periodically by utilizing a high-frequency excitation valve with a rotary structure to control the frequency of fluid into the vibrating module.The major work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1. Structure design of the experimental device of vibration drilling. The working principle and structure characteristics of the vibrator was elaborated, the experimental device of vibration drilling was designed and the the three-dimensional model of the experimental device was built in Solidworks software environment, further more, the integrated vibrating bench was design under the Solidworks software environment as well.2. Mathematical model building of the high frequency hydraulic vibrator. The mathematical model of the system was established based on classical hydraulic formula at the low frequency segment, and the fluid-solid coupling mathematical model was build between the fluid domain and the structure domain at the occurrence of FSI segment.3. Key structural simulation analysis of the high frequency hydraulic vibrator. Using Ansys Workbench to achieve the static and modal simulation of the vibrator.4. Experimental study of the high frequency hydraulic vibrator during the process of 5. vibration drilling. The experimental platform of vibration drilling was build, the data of pressure, acceleration, flow and displacement was gathered during the process of drilling and without drilling, and these data was compared.
