With the development of social life,color sorters were widely used in material sorting to improve the quality of products.The feeding vibrator was one of the most important parts of the color sorter,and its performance determines the sorting effect to a certain extent.The amplitude and frequency of the feeding vibrator were the two main parameters in its working process,which affect the falling state of the materials in the baiting process.The amplitude determines whether the material slides or jumps,and also determines whether the material will slide into the color sorter without losting,and the frequency affects the baiting speed.If the baiting speed was too fast,the selection accuracy will be lowly,while if the baiting speed was too slow,the selection output will be affected.This paper takes these two para meters as control and measurement objects,and studies the vibration control mechanism and vibration state detection system of feeding vibrator.Starting from the mechanical structure of the feeding vibrator,the mechanical model and the electrical model of the feeding vibrator are respectively established by using the methods of dynamics and electromagnetism,and the working range of the best working frequency and amplitude of the vibrator is obtained through calculation.The equivalent physical model of electromagnetic coil is established,the magnetic force and power consumption of electromagnet are calculated briefly,and the design and selection criteria of electromagnetic coil are obtained.According to the actual needs,a vibration control and vibration state detection system based on FPGA is designed to control the vibration quantity of multiple vibrators and ensure the accuracy of vibration quantity control.The vibration state detection system includes a vibration acceleration sensor,an FPGA processing board and an upper computer display.The ADC sampling control signal and the upper computer communication protocol are configured through FPGA to realize on-line display of vibration signal waveforms.Simulation and experimental results show that the measurement and control system of feeding vibrator meets the design requirements.
