The high degree of sliming is a core problem of slurry unwieldiness, conventional treatment is not ideal, so the study of various factors affect the performance of slurry sedimentation on the slurry treatment and separation of coal is very important. Slurry clarification effect besides linked to the coal preparation process conditions, to a great extent, is also affected by the nature of itself, such as the coal surface properties, water quality conditions, containing clay type and content, etc.In this paper, the nature of the raw coal was studied, to provide a basis for building relationship between slurry properties and agent system. Through the screening and laser particle size analysis, we can conclude that the degradation of the high-ash raw coal was serious in water. The analysis result of XRD shows that the main mineral composition of the raw coal in are quartz, kaolinite and chlorite, calcite, etc, from the point of clay mineral composition analysis the sliming characteristic; Using contact Angle measurement, understand the surface wettabilities of raw coal and filter feeding and analysis its surface properties from hydration shell; The results of argillization characteristic research on coal and waste rock shows that the amount of fine particles were significantly increased with the extension of the sliming time.In the mastery of slurry characteristics, the research of the reagent and slurry treatment match exactly was carried out; Choosing optimization the variety and dosage of coagulant and flocculating agent on slurry, the mathematical model between the slurry characteristics and flocculating agent, coagulant dosage was established; The influence law for surface potential on Ion of flocculant with different electric charge was studied; It was conducted that the use system of flocculating and coagulant with slurry of different densities; Treatment process optimal selection on slurry with high degree of argillization was made. The key technology is to adjust the water quality and to establish the optimal agent system, accordingly control the cost of agent for slurry treatment; Through the information feedback, the agent adding quantity could forecast to adjustment according the model of real-time water quality and slurry property, so as to determine the optimal agent system, and to achieve the purpose of efficient management on high degree of raw coal slurry.Experiment of flocculating accumulation was conducted for discussing the influence rule of residual amount of flocculating as slurry cycle times changed. The experimental results showed that the flocculating agent residual volume would be more with the slurry cycle times increasing. The mathematical model by establishing indicates that the regression equation is significant and of great practical value.High-ash fine mud increases with the argillization seriousness of Waste rock, the difficulty of slurry treatment alsoincrease accordingly. Therefore, this article also taken changing of water quarlities into consideration with the different proportion of the coal and gangue In the wash. Test results show that, with the collision and crushing of raw coal in the process of Coal preparation, new surface of minerals to produce, Ca2+and Mg2+in the soluble salt would continue to release and absorption in the circulating water, which could bring the hardness to balance within a certain scope. The alteration of water quality based on the proportion of coal gangue in the coal preparation plant was big. Hardness of water quality can reach the maximum, when the proportion of coal and gangue was1:3with deionized water for reference and it was4:0with circulating water for reference, the settlement of slime water was more easily to implement. When more coal gangue of strong, hydrophilicity were into washing, the hardness would decreases as some of those ions be adsorbed, which would not conducive to the settlement of slurry. From the point of taking separation efficiency, energy conservation and emissions reduction into consideration, the amount of of gangue for preparation should be reduced.
