Emergency system is the core content of the "six systems" of coal mine life-supporting system.The most important thing in the emergency system is the construction of emergency safety facilities.When the mine disaster occurs,the emergency safety facilities as a means of hedging in the disaster,the reliability and safety of its system and internal equipment not only directly determine the reliability and safety of the emergency hedge system,but also play a key role in the survival of the hedging personnel.Therefore,this paper takes the rescue capsule of emergency safety facilities as an example,and a detailed analysis and research about the reliability and safety of the typical case has been done.This paper discusses the composition,function and working principle of the rescue capsule system.And the number of required related equipment for the main equipment of each subsystem of the rescue capsule is calculated.In the application of the time of fault free operation of the main monitoring and warning device under the coal mine,the distribution law of the fault time is obtained.It provides theoretical basis for the safety operation of the internal monitoring system and the whole system of the rescue capsule.The reliability parameters of the system are estimated based on the data collected in the system.The reliability of the system and its subsystems and the probability of the accident are calculated by establishing the Markov state transfer process of the whole system and its subsystems.The comprehensive safety evaluation index is built based on the fully research of the rescue capsule system.The weight of each index is determined,and the importance of each index is sorted.Considering the two aspects of the uncertainty of the safety assessment and dynamic evaluation,the set analysis of dynamic evaluation model is established and the safety of the mine rescue capsule is analyzed and evaluated.The evaluation results are in agreement with the actual safety situation of the coal mine rescue capsule,which proves the feasibility and scientific nature of the model for the safety assessment of the safety of the emergency refuge system of the mine.Based on the application of Markov chain,predicting the rescue capsule system in the future security situation is reasonable.The results of evaluation and prediction show that the risk level of the mine rescue capsule next year is "safe" and the risk level of the system tends to be stable is "safe",but it has been in a critical value of the security state.Continuing strengthening the safety management and improving the level of safety is required.
