Occupied the main position of coal in our energy framework, it is well known that the output of coal directly affect China’s economic development situation, but in China most of coal stored in km down, drilling difficulties, facing serious geological disasters. Namely, high temperature, high pressure, gas.High ground temperature is mainly manifested in the exposed surrounding rock temperature, air temperature in mine. These problems seriously affect the safe and efficient mining of coal enterprise, become one of the key factors which restrict the development of the coal mine in our country. At present, coal for high ground temperature control technology is mainly change the way of ventilation, the physical cooling, reduce the work time, isolate the source of heat, mechanical, chemical cooling cooling, etc. Including mechanical cooling effect is most obvious, mine machinery cooling is mainly application of refrigerant refrigeration principle, reduce the air temperature in mine.Mechanical cooling, however, there are still some problems. Such as covers an area of big, seriously affect the mining and excavating work face ventilation; Noise is larger; Once adopted refrigerants as medium, refrigerant leak, causing serious pollution of mining and tunneling faces; Refrigeration effect relative to the gap between requirements of coal mining enterprises to a certain extent.Local cooling system does not meet the requirements of coal enterprise is the main reason of the refrigeration equipment can not meet the requirements. So this thesis will conduct a new mine cooling technology research, in order to meet the requirements of coal mining enterprises for cooling. Technical principle of semiconductor refrigeration principle are studied in this paper, because the semiconductor refrigeration has unique advantages, such as refrigeration equipment is small, fast refrigeration, low noise, less energy consumption and cooling, etc.In this paper, through the feasibility study, the subjects of semiconductor refrigeration equipment simulation and validation of laboratory and field application of four parts. Refrigeration equipment, the feasibility of theory research mainly include the design of the semiconductor refrigeration equipment and refrigeration efficiency of computing devices. Subjects simulation is mainly theoretical calculation of the working face cold quantity size, compared with the refrigerating capacity of the semiconductor refrigeration equipment, determine the feasibility of the semiconductor refrigeration technology. Finally through laboratory test, determine the semiconductor refrigeration technology of semiconductor refrigeration equipment type and technical parameters. Thesis in the fourth part is mainly the technology applied in coal mine idea and application prospect.Semiconductor refrigeration technology application in coal mines requires a lot of testing and technology, this thesis mainly is the basic theory of semiconductor refrigeration technology used in coal mining research, for the following the application of semiconductor refrigeration technology in coal mine to provide technical support.
