As a complex fluid phenomenon,multiphase lfuid flow,widespread in the energyindustry,especially in the production process of oil industry,so any parts of oil production cannot live with flow measurement technology.Accurate measurement of multiphase lfowparameters,it is the important thing for the characteristic analysis of the petroleum reservoirand realizing the protective rational mining.In this paper, low level dual-energy X-ray method measure oil,gas and water phasecontainting is set to be main research contents,drawing on existing expeirence at home andabroad based on the results,use of X-ray energy with matter interaction law,choose the Motarget fluorescent tubes of characteirstic spectrum for17.44Kev and W target lfuorescent tubesfor58.87keV to complete the development of the measurement system,and to achieve waterphase holdups error does not exceed12%, gas error does not exceed18%.Of this researchwork is mainly focused on the design and realization of the digital X-ray multi channel pulseamplitude analyzer(MCA),high-performance DSP devices TMS320F2812is used to set up theMCA,the data collected by its internal12-bit A/D converter inside,spectral information can beuploaded by peirpheral interface RS232; structures peak hold and screening circuit, processthe analog signal of the detector output to make it reach the available DSP sample handlingrequirements.A large number of simulating test(normal temperature and pressure) in laboratory ismaked,it shows that the system stability and precision can meet the design requirements,laid asolid foundation for future production use.
