| Yarn-dyed shirt fabric is an important part of men taking fabrics, it has a great influence on the human body in comfort. Fabric comfortable performance refers to the physical sensation of human body for fabric, there is a lot of evaluation indexes, and in real life people tend to evaluating it in experience.This article provides the reference for us to evaluate the comfort of shirt fabrics through a questionnaire to consumers of brand shirts. We tested the transient cool feeling, moisture absorption wet performance, and the permeability of33kinds of yarn-dyed shirt fabrics, the results provide the reference for establishing the yarn-dyed shirt fabric shirt performance prediction system, and for designing the performance of yarn-dyed shirt fabrics scientifically.The main research contents and conclusions were as follows:Conducting the market research for Shirt fabric comfort performance, on the basis of understanding of yarn-dyed shirt fabric performance, designing questionnaire, and selectll domestic shirt brands consumers to conduct the questionnaire survey. On the basis of a300survey questionnaires, get a few comfortable performance indexes that consumers focus on, consumers attention indicators were quantitative expressed by mathematical modeling, including the importance of the leisure shirt comfort indexes, first, moisture absorb and wet permeating (18.46%);Second, easy to take care (17.53%);Third, the soft feeling (17.33%);Fourth, stiffness (16.36%);Fifth, warm and cool feeling (16.07%);Sixth, sense of fullness (14.27%).Business suit shirt comfort indexes, first, moisture absorb and wet permeating (18.03%);Second, stiffness (17.93%);Third, easy to take care (17.58%);Fourth, the soft feeling (16.09%);Fifth, warm and cool feeling (15.35%);Sixth, sense of fullness (15.02%).Through the study to the performance of33kinds of yarn-dyed shirt fabric, find that this kind of yarn-dyed shirt fabric has an average qmax of0.196(W/cm2), the difference is not very big, the main influence factors are the surface morphology, the organization, and the raw materials.By testing moisture permeability, core height and the contact Angle to study the moisture absorption and conduction performance of this kind of fabrics, the results show that average the moisture transmission (WVT) is in815.3-1019.1(10g/m2d), the effects of structural parameters on moisture transmission is not significant, the core height of this kind of fabrics are less than90mm except several individual fabrics, this kind of fabrics has good hydrophilicity and the contact Angle are all less than90°.Permeability tests of33kinds of yarn-dyed shirt fabrics show that this kind of fabrics’ average permeability rate is320mm/S, the permeability rates distribute in the144-593(mm/S); the main influence factors of permeability are tightness, organization, and square meter gram weight, fabric color has little impact on the permeability. |
