Facing increasingly shortage of natural resource and destruction of ecological environment, end-of-life (EOL) products recycling and De-manufacturing meet the requirement of circular economy development. For a long time, the study related to De-manufacturing network concentrated on home appliances, automobile etc. But there were a few researches on End-of-life engineering machinery of De-manufacturing Network.Based on this background, this thesis mainly studies on research on De-manufacturing recycling Networks for End-of-life hydraulic system.Firstly, the paper concluded the related theories of De-manufacturing network construction. Secondly, assuming that recycling and processing belong to different activities and according to the different status of participants in De-manufacturing activity, the paper divided recycling mode into manufacturers directly collect and dispose mode(MDCD)、 retailers collect and manufacturer dispose mode(RDCD) and the third party collect and manufacturer dispose mode(RDCD). Through the analysis:of different modes, the paper identified their advantages and disadvantages and scope of application. At the same time, introduced Stackclberg model, then constructed the corresponding cost model separately and deduced the optimal recycling mode under some certain quantity relationship. On the basis of these analysis, it was pointed out that manufacturers choosing optimal mode (MDCD) must have some conditions. Finally, manufactures chose hydraulic system as object and needed to build De-manufacturing recycling Networks under the MDCD mode. By the comparison of the auto industry and engineering machinery on environment of De-manufacturing recycling Networks, the paper concluded the characteristics of De-manufacturing recycling Network on engineering machinery and the key point of networks design. Then it used the mixed strategy to constructs an De-manufacturing recycling Networks model.Briefly, the model considered the factor that recycling product quality influences the discard rate and applied the lingo software to solve the optimization.
