The Catalytic Gasoline Hydrogenation Desulfurization Device is a very important part of the Oil Refining process. The Oil demand is bigger along with the rapid development of China. Much more attention has been paid to the Oil Refining Industry. Recently, a few big projects have greatly matured such as the Petrochemical and Tens-of-Million ton Oil Refining project. However, the original Oil Refining projects cannot be totally discarded for the old Oil Refining factory in some local enterprises. If the original capacity can be fully used, developing new projects is a good method to use the resources rationally according to the practical situation. The Catalytic Gasoline Hydrogenation Desulfurization Device (1million ton per year)of Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation can produce the gasoline with National-IV and V Emission standards, the raw material of which is the Catalytic Hydrogenation produced by the three Catalytic Gasoline Hydrogenation Desulfurization Devices in this factory. The Gasoline selective hydrogenation technology is imported from the Axens Corporation in France. The detailed design is fulfilled by the East China Design Institute of the China Petroleum. Jinzhou Petrochemical Engineering Company is the general construction contractor.The main work of the thesis can be divided into four parts as follows:(1)The device technique Introduction:The device introduced in this thesis is made up of three parts:Selective Hydrogenation, Hydrogenation Desulfurization and Public works. The Catalytic Gasoline is designed and manufactured by this device and the hydrogenated gasoline act as the Gasoline Blending Components. The running time of device is8400hours per year.(2)System functional description:The project provided is to realize the Compressor interlock protection and Device technology interlock protection functions. The core of the control system is the triple redundancy system, accompany with advanced interface software, friendly operation interface and the perfect control function.(3)Control system design:The detailed and complete design function provided includes hardware selections, cabinet layout, control element design, electric circuit design and so on.(4)Upper and lower computer program design for the control system:This program mainly describes the use of the developed software, the realization of control function and device interlock protection logic, generation of each page for the interface and the final result.The start-up and feeding process succeeded in the first attempt for the Catalytic Gasoline Hydrogenation Desulfurization Device of Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation on the day of Dec.52011. The qualified product is produced. The1million ton capacity Catalytic Gasoline Hydrogenation Desulfurization Device is the key construction projects of11th5-Year Plan for Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation. The Prime G+technique for the Axens Carnation’s in France is introduced in the new device. The gasoline produced by this device will reach the National-V Emission standards, which can enhance the Petro China’s support ability to the Beijing gasoline market. Meanwhile, this device is of crucial importance for the Gasoline products’ quality upgrading and the long-term development for Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation.
