As the domestic market for gasoline requirements gradually improve the product quality, to meet the Ⅳ gasoline production standards, especially for sulfur content is not more than 50 mu, g.g- 1 paper to use the Prime- g + technology in lanzhou petrochemical company 1.8 million tons/year gasoline hydrodesulfurization plant operating conditions were studied. By means of selective hydrogenation reactor R- 101, hydrodesulfurization first reactor R- 201- A,hydrogenation desulfurization reactor 2 R- 201- B inlet temperature, bed temperature, circulation hydrogen purity, such as the ratio of hydrogen to hydrocarbon process parameters adjustment,formulate the corresponding experiment measures, ultimately determine the optimal operating parameters. At present in the unit capacity is 190 t/h, the reaction conditions of low sulfur content is relatively stable and the product is: R- 101 reactor inlet temperature about 160 ℃, the bed temperature rise at about 6.5 ℃; H hydrocarbon ratio is set in 5.5-6.5; LCN extraction ratio basic maintain at 30%; R- 201- A reactor inlet temperature about 265 ℃, bed temperature, 28, 29 ℃; R- 201- B reactor inlet temperature about 327 ℃; Circulating hydrogen hydrogen purity 93%-94%. Through the above measures, 1.8 million tons/year of gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization unit to reduce the light gasoline(LCN) and heavy(HCN) the sulfur content of gasoline, completed the Ⅳ countries Ⅲ gasoline to upgrade gasoline quality.
