Study On The Vibration Drilling Technology And Process Of Deep Hole

Based on systematically analyse on the current state of vibration drilling technology of the hole at home and abroad, this paper expounds the mechanism of axial vibration drilling, builts up the mathematical model of the axial vibration drilling movement and drilling force, designs the workpieces axial vibration drilling test apparatus. Based on Ansys workbench software,this paper carries out the statics simulation of strength and stiffness and the transient dynamics simulation of the φ1mm drill that the clamping length, long spiral groove and material factors on. Carries out statics and harmonic response finite element simulation analysis of transformer plate and workpiece, determines the optimum structure size of transformer plate, obtains the drill offset features under the effect of vibration force cutting cycle, systematically analyse the influence of the spindle speed, feed, amplitude, frequency on the processing of deep hole drilling.The amplitude of10mm’s workpiece is measured by using laser displacement measuring device, gives the rule of the drilling point amplitude. The ordinary and axial vibration drilling experiments of φ1mm and φ2mm drill’s have been done,studies show that axial vibration drilling hole’s quality is better than that of normal drilling quality. The axial vibration drilling test of φ1mm holes have been done with the single factor experiment method, systematically study the influence law of the hole aperture that the spindle speed, feed, vibration frequency on, gives the best processing parameters to ensure the quality of drilling, systematically studies the influence law of the aperture size of small hole drilling that the spindle rotation speed, vibration frequency and amplitude on with the two-factor interaction experiment method, the results show that the vibration frequency and amplitude of small aperture effect are remarkable.
