In this paper,according to the deficiency of processing range and the automation level, NC transformation has been done for CGM6125machine.Two axle linkage control is realized for the machine. Firstly,main components and the future development of NC machine have been simply introduced,then the overall scheme of NC transformation has been designed, transformation scheme of spindle system,vertical and horizontal feed system have been introduced detailedly, four station turret head and numerical control system have been reasonable chosen.Secondly,lectotype and checking calculation has been done for vertical and horizontal ball screws, servo motors, couplings,bearings and so on.The supporting structures of ball screws and servo motors have been designed, the reasonable supporting and assembly scheme has been designed for Ball screws.Thirdly, According to the dynamic model,the dynamics characteristics have been analyzed for drive system of the machine. Modal analysis has been done by used ANSYS,which has obtained six order modal of machine.Finally, designing method and the principle of selection have been explained for PLC control system,then electric system of the CGM6125machine has been analysed, the main and control circuits of NC transformation have been designed. ladder diagrams of four station turret head and the cooling fluid have been designed by used PLC.
