The paper studies about aspheric ultra-precision grinding processing, builds a three axis nc linkage aspheric surface grinding mathematical model, optimizes the grinding process, establishes the wheel even wear geometric model. Meanwhile, it analyses the shaft rotation characteristics and hydrostatic bearing rotation characteristics, elaborates the generation mechanism of grinding engineering micro vibration of sand wheel shaft and spindle shafting on the grinding process medium, systematically analyses the influence on aspheric surface shape accuracy of the micro vibration which is produced by aspheric ultra-precision grinding medium sand wheel shaft and spindle shafting, sets up the micro vibration on grinding aspheric surface shape precision of the mathematical model of the influence.It presents the aspheric super precision grinding machine3D model with CATIA software, carries out a simulation analysis by using Workbench software grinding wheel spindle, spindle, sand wheel shaft system, main shaft system. The micro vibration measurement device is designed by using laser displacement measurement technology, the grinding machine sand wheel and spindle speed and hydrostatic bearing oil pressure caused by the law of micro vibration is confirmed and the grinder machining aspheric optimal processing parameters is ensured by analysing the result of the measurement of different speed and hydrostatic bearing different pressure caused by grinding wheel spindle system and spindle shafting radial micro vibration and axial micro vibration displacement.
