Kiaochow bay coast of Licun river and Haipo river estuaries sediments were used as sample in this experiment. The contents of N,P and heavy metals of the three area were measured. Statistical analysis of Deuteromycetes of sediment in these habitats. The result showed the most polluted place of the three esturries was Licun river estuary. As the increases of pollution degree, The amount of culturable Deuteromycetes decreased, and this change was more related to the pollution of heavy metal. Two strains were isolated from contaminated sediments of Kiaochow bay coast. One of the two strains identified as Penicillium oxalicum which is sensitive to heave metals. Another was tolerant to heave metals and identified as Penicillium oxalicum. It’s biological featuresand the enzyme activity under heavy metals were studied in this paper. The results showed that the pigments presented from green to shallow yellow with the increase of Cu2+and from green to white with the increase of Zn2+. The dioxygenase activity increased when the Cu2+concentration reached25mg/L. But both the dioxygenase activity and the MnP activity were decreased as the increase of the Cu2+concentration. The strain could not survive when the Cu2+concentration reached125mg/L. The MnP activity increased a little when the Zn2+concentration reached250mg/L. But after that the dioxygenase activity and the MnP activity were all decreased as the increase of the Zn2+concentration.The same research was done in the tolerant strain as the sensitive one. The results showed that the pigments almost did not change under the impact of Cu2+and Zn2+Under the set concentration of heavy metal, the dioxygenase activity reached the maximum value when the Cu2+concentration reached25mg/L. The MnP activity also reached the maximum value when Cu2+concentration reached75mg/L. And after that both the dioxygenase activity and the MnP activity were decreased as the increase of the Cu2+concentration, but they all higher than control group. The dioxygenase activity and the MnP activity reached the maximum value when the Zn2+concentration reached750mg/L. Although they both decreased after that, they are higher than contrl group. The same enzyme test was done under the threat of Phe and Pyr. The result shew the dioxygenase activity was restrain under the threat of Pyr, and MnP activity was improved under the action of Pyr. The influence of Phe was contrary compare to Pyr.This paper studied vital movement of Deuteromycetes under the threat of pollution element from the aspect of the relationship between marine microorganism and environment, established the foundation for the further study.
