Sinopec urgently need to process the packet is homebred change, units localization, the adjustment and the study will fill the blank.This topic originates from the Shenyang Blower Group and Qilu Petrochemical signed the " Qilu Petrochemical synthetic resin250000tons of polyethylene (HDPE) device" recycle gas compressor project, the purpose of the study is to use the recycle gas compressor is homebred change opportunities, completes the circulation gas compressor the internationalization level of instrument control system design.The main content of the thesis is as follows:Firstly, Analysis of recycle gas compressor structure as well as the working principle, characteristics, expounds the monitoring requirements, determine the control content.Secondly, Analysis of circulating compressor control system requirements, and the compressor gas path system, lubricating oil system, dry gas seal system for design of instrument and control system architecture design.Thirdly, Analysis of compressor rotating machinery shaft system, clarify the importance of monitoring, completion of the compressor shaft system design of machinery monitoring system design. Finaly, Analysis of compressor start, operation, control, completion of the PLC control system by software programming, and complete the function realization and the system debugging.In this paper elaborated the recycle gas compressor control system for the design of instrument selection for I/O, list of design, and design the control system theory, finally completed the control system and the realization of debugging, for further study of recycle gas compressor control provides reference.
