| With exacerbate the problem of energy shortage in the world,it is urgently needed to avoid the rich gas compressor’surge and to save energy effectively in delayed coking process of refinery.The rich gas compressor’s surge can make the process fluctuate,the worse can make the compressor unit seriously damage. It will has great theoretical significance and potential economic benefits to control the compressor’s surge using the optimized method of the rich gas compressor.This thesis takes the rich gas compressor as the research object,the field survey and analysis of the 1,000kt/a rich gas compressor control system have been done in the Yan’an Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co. Ltd. Refining and Chemical Company,for the energy consumption problem in the coking process, the previous rich gas compressor control system is renovated, through the optimized anti surge control and operation parameters the compressor can run stably under the he best efficiency condition and also can achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption. In this paper the work can be completed of the hardware and software design in the rich gas compressor renovated control system, put forward the algorithm of optimized anti surge control, improved the surge control quality and summed up the surge factors during the rich gas compressor running. Finally the scheme was proved feasibly and efficiently through the project of renovated control system for rich gas compressor in Yan’an Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co. Ltd. Refining and Chemical Company. |
