| With the rapid development of manufacturing, various types of processing technology are constantly updated. Among them, the laser cutting technology in the processing sector has also been widely used.The main topic of fiber laser cutting technology in the field of metal cutting field is to optimize motion control system solution. Combined with the current existing control system, I proposed limitations on efficiency and reliability. Therefore, the main task of the contents of this work is to develop an optimized solution with IPC motion controller based to improve the system’s speed, efficiency, and to improve system stability.For the above purpose, the following main research work should be done: Method Research of multi-axis motion control. Research of EtherCAT communication on its principle and specification. Then, I choose high performance motion control solution, and configure the hardware for the motion control system, including the IPC motion controller and servo drive systems. Motion control software programming, including programs for CNC coordination running, gantry axis control function, and achieve frog-jump function as well as follow-up control function.The main innovation of this research work is as below: Increase the cutting speed as well as improving efficiency. Improve system reliability, and decrease maintaining cost. |
