Based on the synthetic transformation ideas replace traditional decomposition into the treatment of biogas slurry. UsingCandida intermeidaand Candida utilis fermentation so as to achieve lower ammonia nitrogen and produce yeast protein as recycle.At the same time,we design experiments to choose a variety of alternative carbon source on the basis of the comparison and selection. Such as: pig manure, molasses, kitchen waste,and waste water of fructo-oligose.And we design a series of feasibility experiment and relevant extension.(1) Through the single factor optimization experiment, optimized model between candida in biogas slurry,maximum removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and the maximum number of optimum condition. Experiment with fresh biogas slurry COD:9760mg/E, total nitrogen:1349mg/L,44mg/L, total phosphorus ammonia nitrogen:1010mg/L. in pH5.0, adding carbon source and biogas wastewater ammonia nitrogencompared with27:1, ammonia nitrogen (NH4+-N) than total phosphorus is5:l,access type107Candida yeast Candida intermeidacases,28℃, and220rpm shake flask culture for3days. Finally ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached30%, the yeast reach a count of2×108, With double dilution biogas wastewater ammonia nitrogen (565mg/L) experiments. The same condition, ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached more than50%, count of2X108.(2) We try pig manure, molasses, kitchen waste, waste water of fructo-oligose to replace glucose as carbon source to reduce the cost of application. We use carbon source of pig manure. The microbial content reach anumber of108, the second and third days reduced, ammonia nitrogen three days, down from354mg/L to308mg/L. Finally using waste water of fructo-oligose as carbon source has achieved good effect, adding2mL per100mL to join together case of fructose, other things being equal, ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached50%, count of2×108. Under the condition of low concentration of ammonia nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen below200mg/L), ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach90%.(3)Candida utilis for ammonia nitrogen removal rate up to53%better than Candida intermeida. Candida utilis can get a better effect in this issue.(4) Used Candida utilisas access strains under the optimal conditions, the biogas slurry ammonia nitrogen concentration of551mg/L, at2%in low fructose waste liquid, eventually yeast dry weight is0.361g/100mL.
