In order to control the quality of deep-hole parts, the axis linearity measurement ofdeep-hole must be worked when the process finished. However, the use of existing methodsof detection accuracy often does not meet the requirements.At this stage, our investments inthe field of measurement measure are increasing and have made great progress,but there isstill some distance between our country and developed country in this area. Therefore, thestudy of deep-hole linearity detection technology is urgent, which can accelerate developmentin measurement technology and improve the technology to a new level.To meet the market needs of deep hole straightness test in this article and conductes astudy for measuring linearity errors of EMU axle. On the basis of laser collimation method,we proposed the detection method axis straightness of deep-hole based on LD/PSD/; Basedon principle of coordinate transformation, we made axis linearity error evaluation of deephole into a given flat roundness error evaluation.Firstly, before proposing the detection method axis straightness of deep-hole based onLD/PSD/, we analysed the used methods of deep hole straightness test.Secondly, we analysedthe system whose auto-centering device and stent dimensional model were completed byPro/E and relevant circuit were designed by Protel99SE briefly.Then, in order to get actualhole axis, we should solve parameter equation by Newton iterative method.Finally, thederivation algorithm process, flow charts and programs written in Matlab were operated.It shows that this method has simple principle and innovative approach, but there aremany problems need to be improved. The algorithm for error evaluation has accuracyassessment and quick operation, and the relative accuracy is enhanced about4.62%than theleast squares, about1%than the minimum area method.
