1、Studied on the luedius resources and the use of processed waste. The studyfound: the current aquatic products processing is still in extensive economicprocessing mode. luedius as a kind of coastal traditional economic fish is in low valueand high yield. Now luedius is sold on fresh and marine leisure food. And the head ofluedius always processes into fishmeal feed as other40%processed waste to feed onlivestock.2、 head as raw material to study the basic nutrients and nutritional value,including: moisture, protein, crude fat, minerals, vitamins, ash and so on. The resultsshow that luedius head is rich in nutrients. These nutrients contained zinc traceelements for children’s growth and development; VE for preventing children myopia;EPA what is known as the brain of gold, DHA, histidine and quality protein what arebenefit for young children. Established of luedius head is benefit for children’s growthand development. It’s worth to be re-developed as a new resources and developmentinto a new kind of products.3、 The experimental through the combination of acetic acid and other waysstudied on a method to softening luedius head. Experiment with differentconcentrations of acetic acid and different time to study on luedius head softening.The results show that with the acetic acid concentration increase, the processing timeis decrease. And after processing, the preservation rate of luedius head nutrients canreach90%.4、The study found that acetic acid and high-pressure can through destroying anddissolving the collagen in the luedius head to reduce the hydroxyproline to besoftening. So the luedius head powder is no obvious fishy smell, crispy texture, easyto chew and powder is good.5、Studied on the superfine grinding technology to process luedius head. It showsthat the suitable feeding interval is0.5min and the appropriate time for superfinegrinding luedius head is8min. After that the particle size of luedius head powder isabout12μm. 6、Experiments on the determination of luedius head about moisture, microbialand prediction of shelf life. The study found that luedius head powder is meet therequirements at25℃. And the shelf life is about15months.
