Research Of CNC Modeling Based On Man-machine System Design

Modeling of CNC directly affects men’s physiological and psychological reactions when men handle machine tools. So modeling design based on man-machine system is very necessary. Man-machine system theories scientifically research and improve man-machine-environment and analyze the environment in which man and machine are. It takes man and machine as a whole and labors checks and balances of modeling and man’s behavior from the overall appearance to local parts. The purpose of this article is to make CNC modeling meet man and machine relationship and improve machine modeling quality and humanization and bring more services and facilitating functions. Furthermore, through man-machine system research, it helps to explore electromechanical products design and promote our countries’ machine tool industry to be more competitive in the international market.The article is based on system theory, optimization theory and cybernetics theory, etc. It discussed different working environment and operating position of people’s physical characteristic parameters as well as labor habit and load capacity and fatigue mechanism at when operating CNC machine. The man-machine system design of CNC and modeling design research was discussed according to the theories of ergonomics. In the core part, it combined the ergonomics with Maslow’s need hierarchy theory and researched different hierarchy needs in machine tools operations and established a comprehensive research modeling and then analyzed and summarized domestic and foreign machine tools modeling design case. Specifically, it analyzed operator and CNC modeling and environment and man-machine interface systematically and discussed that how those could be applied to the design of CNC. Then it conducted quantitative analysis by establishing constraint model of image scale for CNC modeling. At last, the article took ZH5120C machine tools of BYJC as an example and studied on thinking of CNC humanized design.
