| It is difficult to degradate for their stability. And it is harm to human health, andenvironment. Dye wastewater treatment had been payed more and more attention. There were some reports on the degradation of dyes catalyzed by oxidase. But theoxidase is disadvantage for its unstable and difficult for obtaining. Some co mplexes, such as copper complexes, could be used as model compounds of some enzymes. Soin the thesis, Schiff base and its complex with Cu2+were prepared and synthesized, and its catalysis properties in dyes decolorization were investigated. The results werelisted as following.1. Ten Schiff base derivatives and their complexes with Cu2+were synthesizedand characterized by1H-NMR spectra, IR spectra and elemental analysis. The resultsshow that the polynuclear complex would be obtained while the distance from onechelate group to the other chelate group in one molecular increases. If there are thechelating bridge groups, the polynuclear complex would be prepared.2. The decolorization and degradation of methyl orange and acid blue9wereinvestigated in the presence of H2O2and the complexs with nc omplex:n dye1:10,n H2O2:n dye1000:1. The complexes used as catalysis. The results show that thecomplexes2,3,4,5,6,9,10were better activities in degradation of acid Blue9, andthe complexes3,4,5,9,10were better activities in degradation of methyl orange. And show that they could be used as enzyme model compounds. The products of twodyes degradation in presence of the complex as mimetic enzyme were determined byHPLC method, which were maleic acid and pyruvic acid.3. The Michaelis-Menten constant were determinded. The Kmvalues of thecomplexes2,3,4,5,9as mimetic enzyme in degradation of acid Blue9arerespectively2.00610-5,1.68410-5,1.38110-5,1.66510-5,3.24810-5mol/L, and theKm values of the complexes3,4,9,10as mimetic enzyme in degradation of methylorange are respectively2.25410-5,1.51610-5,1.2910-2,1.02710-4mol/L, whichshow that the complexes2,3,4,5,9,10has natural enzymes activity. |
