Silk is one of the important heritage in world. Due to the complexity of the museum environment, it’s easy for silk fabric which composed of protein easily affected by factors such as light, heat, chemical, biological aging effects. The study on aging silk, most of which are using a single analysis method, but does not create a system of integrated research concept. Silk relics of aging process is very complex, corresponding to different aging mechanism. Thus, the thesis with different kinds of instrument analysis method for aging silk on comprehensive system study.This thesis focus on the main vulnerable to light, gas pollution aging factors. The three groups of silks aging which are artificial light, high concentrations of nitrogen dioxide, acetic acid, set of aging and low concentration ammonia, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, a variety of instruments method such as color difference analysis and SEM analysis, HPLC and ATR-FTIR analysis are uesd to study. Respectively from the aspect of macroscopic color and morphology, protein primary structure and secondary structure to study the aging degree of silk. And adopting two kinds of new type methods such as LT NMR and DART-MS technology to supplement the analysis. The comparative analysis of various analysis methods synthetically;the normalized processing various indicators of analysis results, constructed dimensional representation of the aging degree of F alue of comprehensive evaluation system. It aims to identify serious damage on silk damage factors;Through t analysis methods, the various kinds of instrument analysis on silk aging research complement each other and unity, It can’t use one way to distinguish aging degree; Comprehensive evaluation found that the aging of the three groups of silk fabric, high concentration of pollution gas group of aging is the most serious factor nitrogen dioxide, ammonia, followed by acetic acid and sulfur dioxide. The aging time of inflection point is24days in lighting group, low concentration of NO2and SO2group aging time turning point are160days and75days, respectively. It shows low concentrations of SO2will be more likely to cause damage in a short time than NO2The aging test results and the evaluation system for the establishment of the museum in display and exhibition, saving, protection provides certain theory basis in the process of silk goods. Thus to take effective measures to avoid silk relics of possible damage factors.
