A Comparative Study Of The Regional Pollutant Emissions In Hebei

Hebei province is a big province of mineral resources in China,and also a bigprovince in the iron and steel industry,major agriculture,and the population.In recentyears,the development of the national economy makes the resources and energydemand strengthened,large-scale and high strength resources developed,whichcaused serious resources environmental and ecological problems in Hebei,includingindustrial pollution,city pollution,agricultural pollution.The current studies on regional pollutant emissions volume in Hebei province areless,in this case,the research on the change of emissions of sources of pollution ininquiry,around the city of Hebei province is very important,so to develop Hebeiprovince regional pollution sources inventory,Hebei province regional pollutionsource inventory is in a certain space and time scope,various data associated with thesource of pollution emissions pollutant collection,it has important value for policymaking and scientific research,can provide a reference for environmental governance.This paper uses the latest data released by the government,including the pollutionsource census sewage coefficient,the industrial production data,social economic dataand so on. Hebei province regional pollutant emission inventories calculated by usingthe calculation method of specific.In2007as the base year,estimates the pollutantemissions during the period of2000-2010in Hebei province and overall and industryanalysis,reacts the trend of the emission of pollutants in region and industry in HebeiProvince,to explore the relationship between the pollutants around the city of Hebeiprovince economy and emissions.The results show that, in Hebei province regionalindustrial emissions,five industry departments in three industries including steel,building materials,electric power are the main parts of industrial materials around thecity’s total emissions,and emissions growth is fastest,emission efficiency decreasedfastest.In Tangshan,Chengde,Shijiazhuang,Handan and Baodingpollution emissions islarger,and the remaining six pollutant emissions is relatively small,motor vehicleexhaust emissions throughout the city has become this period the third industries and areas of life substances emissions growth fastest growing sector,influence.Humanactivities on the environment pollution increased,environmental risk furtherincreased.The rapid growth of economy in this period is mainly dependent on thenumber of backward expansion of production capacity, phase "decoupled" from theeconomic growth and environmental pressures of the requirements of the economiccycle recedes,the annual GDP growth rate and the annual pollution to the environmentby human activities increase.The rapid growth of economy in this period is mainlydependent on the quantity expantion of backward production capacity,aparting fromthe demands of circular economy embodying economic growth and “incoupling”environment pressure.Therefore,vigorously readjusting the industrialstructure,compression steel, building materials,electric power and other key industriesof the backward production capacity has been imminent.
