The low energy consumption and low emission production mode is amainstream way. But the ceramic industry is still a energy consumingindustry as a s ynon ym for high consum ption and high contaminat ion. Someceramic enterprises are immensely consumed on energy, land and rawmaterial, because of those reason, they will be easily eliminated andconstrained from market. So the researches related to lo w energyconsumption and low emission are looming and practical for sustainabledevelopment of ceramic industry.Based on theories related to building ceramic enterprises, the authorinvestigates relative data about consumption and emission of domesticbuilding ceramic enterprises, then analyzes the above mentioned data.According to analyzing component elements in manufacturing process andits proportion in production cost, this thesis finds out the determiningfactors in affecting enterprise s’ energy cons umption and emission. Thensome related suggestions are raised for enterprises to achieve the energysaving and emission reduction goal.Overall, this thesis uses investigation data combined with academicmethod and empirical method to systematically study factors affectingemission of building ceramic enterprise s, for the sake of offering anotherperspective to the government to promote the building ceramic industry’ssustainable development and to rise those products’ competitiveness. |
