Optimization Design Of Channel Fracturing Process Parameters

Channel fracturing technique is a new proposed in recent years,a new technology has been to many countries in the world successfully,and achieved good production effect.Channel fracturing technology adopt unique construction technology,make artificial fracture diverting capacity after fracturing is conventional fracturing fracture diverting capacity several times or even more,can greatly increase the oil and gas well production capacity,improve recovery factor.According to channel fracturing fracture surface geological physical model,channel fracturing geological mechanics model is established and the programming,and analyzes the mechanical condition of the reservoir rock in different conditions,the deflection of the channels in the fracturing.When cracks in the wall deformation is far less than crack width,the channel can be fracturing with channel fracturing.When cracks in the wall deformation is greater than the crack width,are not suitable for channel fracturing.When the crack deformation and crack width of the wall size were similar,the judgement should be according to the actual situation.In order to determine different more suitable for large-scale oil and gas reservoir,in this paper,based on the fluid percolation law and the law of conservation of quality,establish channel rate optimization method,through the model can determine the optimal fracturing construction form much channel rate.A large crack simulation system for simulating channel fracturing,and study the effect of different construction parameters on the rate of channel.Construction parameter mathematical model is established,and according to the experimental data and model modification and verification,the revised model can optimize the construction parameters for optimal channel rate,get the optimal construction parameters optimization of sand ratio is 30%,base fluid viscosity is 10mPa·s,fiber proportion20kg/m~3,pulse time 120s.According to the requirements of the channel fracturing pump procedure,we improve the existing sand car and the improved sand car can not only realize pulse type of pump injection program and pulse time shortest can achieve 2s.Finally has carried on the channel to a certain oil field oil well fracturing design and site construction,pressure capacity is after capacity of 8 times higher than before.the research achievements of further deepening the study of channel fracturing,the site construction provides the certain reference value in our country.
