Coal Washing Project Environmental Problems And Prevention Countermeasures

Clean use of coal is related to the focus of sustainable economic development, the use of clean coal washing as the foundation and source of pollutant emissions and coal, which has played an active role in the aspects of pollutant emission reduction and coal utilization efficiency and so on, but it also has a series of environmental problems in the development of the industry. This article is currently based on the develop of coking coal washing industry on present situation in Wuhai, and according to the climatic characteristics, geographical conditions and coal quality of Wuhai, through the acceptance of the statistical analysis of the monitoring results, combined with the experience of our work, selection of coal washing project development in coal storage yard, common dust control measures and coal washing plant crushing, and investigated the current coal utilization in Wuhai. For the environmental problems of coal industry in acceptance of environmental protection in Wuhai, respectively from the coal storage yard and environmental protection measures to be taken, put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions.1. It is suggest that the coal storage yard and environmental measures to be taken are:raw coal and refined coal are fully enclosed storage warehouse storage; coal, coal gangue and coal slime of the yard were used alone wind dust network enclosures, and it should be control the height of the coal pile wind dust network not exceed80%, meanwhile strengthening the surface watering. The coal washery crushing and screening section are proposed to use the multi-tube shocks wet scrubbers to remove dust.2. It is recommended to maintain the existing scale of coal gangue in Wuhai, it will heap yet spontaneous combustion of coal gangue which are on surface to go underground as soon as possible, then layered soil compaction to prevent spontaneous combustion, by the time when the resource depletion, the new technological emergence and then to use, on the same time, it should increase research investment, and actively explore new ways to use.Results of this study on the one hand to promote the coal washing industry norms Wuhai environmental measures to promote Wuhai coal washing project completion environmental acceptance, but also it has a certain reference value on the environmental supervision and management of coal washing industry.
