COFCO biochemical energy (Zhaodong) Co., Ltd. was founded in1993, withcorn as the main raw material, through bio engineering technology to produce fuelalcohol, edible alcohol, DDGS, corn oil, food grade carbon dioxide and otherproducts. Is a high-tech large-scale modern bio chemical enterprises. COFCOZhaodong company is divided into three phases of construction, the annualproduction of alcohol400000tons, of which two alcohol production device in1996construction, has been in operation for19years. Online cleaning system of this paperis to study the cleaning status two liquid saccharification, fermentation process ofin-depth study on the device, the cleaning alcohol two period, application of onlinecleaning technology advanced, so as to improve the levels of cleaning company twoalcohol device, the enhancement enterprise production and operation ability.Due to the construction of earlier stage, the main equipment alcohol workshoptwo stage liquid saccharification production lines for carbon steel, with the increaseof service life, corrosion of equipment is more serious, such as the slurry tank guidebarrel, saccharifying tank, vacuum tube wall is very thin, more important is the twoperiod of alcohol production device no online cleaning system effectively, the originalmanual cleaning is too simple, and affected by artificial factors, cleaning method isnot scientific, thorough cleaning degree is not high, the system of cleaning effect,increase the brush pot cycle, reduce production time, production of dyeing difficultcontrol of bacteria, which directly affect the cost of the raw materials consumed. Andwashed with lye can not achieve full reuse, causing a certain degree of cleaning liquidwaste.According to the two stage of alcohol production line this cleaning status, thispaper mainly studies the online cleaning system transformation in alcohol production line COFCO Zhaodong company. First through the online cleaning system of learningand research, combining with the two stage process, alcohol production equipment,technical design space and capital investment, the actual situation, update on thecleaning system in the old device. This process will be through a lot of investigation,technical discussion and saccharification, fermentation, distillation wine semen andother related equipment, pipeline and a series of detailed analysis, determine the keytransformation point, control point.Secondly, we determine the online cleaning in the process of alcohol production,aseptic liquid tank, fermentation tank and pipeline control is the key factor forcleaning, sterilizing and cleaning should be conducted on a regular basis, to avoid theinfluence on the subsequent process index. Finally, should make the cleaning,disinfection process according to different position, control according to differentoperation process respectively; the online cleaning operation device for continuousoperation, to achieve full recovery of the cleaning fluid, reduce material waste. Andthe system takes into account the device flexibility, economy and safety,environmental protection requirements, focused energy production, reduce alcoholmaterial contamination risk.After a series of research and analysis, according to the old status two alcoholdevice and the current commonly used in the chemical industry of the latest onlinecleaning system, developed targeted programs, resolving the status of two alcoholcleaning device is not ideal.
