The research of ecosystem Protection hasalways been one of hot spots in the field of ecology, however, as the compound ecosystem,island ecological is relatively less researched because of the geographical conditions. Islandeconomy belongs to resource-based economy, Fisheries,transportation,electric powerindustry and tourism industry is a pillar industry of the islands, in the process ofdevelopment, island ecological system faces the dual pressure from human disturbance andnatural disturbance as a result of many problems. At present, the qualitative method or thecombination of qualitative and quantitative method is often used by people for thejudgment of the development degree of natural resources and the description of theecological health problems.In this paper, we discussed the the basic theory of island ecological pressure andquantitative evaluation methods on the basis of analyzing the ecological characteristics andthe source of pressure, in addition, constructed the quantitative evaluation model ofecological pressure, and selected some representative island of zhoushan for the analysisand research.The research contents of this paper include:1. Analyzing the island ecosystem response mechanismDiscussing on the natural environment and the development and utilization status quoof the island, respectively. Analysis the possible responses of ecological system on thepressure caused by the human activities, according to the characteristics of the specialecological system of the island.2. To extract the quantitative evaluation indexScreening of quantitative evaluation index to study the relationship between thesubsystems and Screening of the evaluation index of special ecological system of the island.Net primary productivity, biodiversity, atmosphere environment quality, water quality, environment quality and the resource utilization were used as the evaluation index to buildthe quantitative evaluation system of the island ecological pressure and each evaluationindex can be quantitatively estimated.3. Build the modelThe index datas were organized and the quantitative evaluation model was builtthrough the computer and mathematical model, the result waP=1-Ai*ω-1ki4. Case Study island ecological pressureThe instance analysis of the Island ecological stress was refered to the Marineenvironment functional zoning. We selected some islands in zhoushan (The Xi bailianisland and Changbai island in the forth types of water quality, The Xiao huanglong island inthe third kinds of water quality, the dachangtu island in the second class of water quality) asthe examples, and chose the corresponding index of ratio According to the island location.The results showed the range of the Island development level and the main sources ofpressure driving factors. The analysis results provided a reference and decision-makingbasis for the protection of island ecology and reasonable utilization of the resources.Pressure on developed island ecosystem was evaluated objectively combined with the datasfrom the national natural fund project. In addition, we evaluated the ecological pressurevalue of the islands and analyzed the disturbance intensity of the human developmentactivities on the islands.The calculation results according to the model were that the ecological pressure valueof the Second to fourth class were0.3657ã€0.4441ã€0.5490.from the year2008to2012, theecological pressure value of Changbai island was0.3600ã€0.3716ã€0.4410ã€0.4587ã€0.4557,respectively, that of Xi bailian island was0.2345ã€0.3016ã€0.3797ã€0.3604ã€0.3503,respectively The Xiao huanglong island was0.3047ã€0.4567ã€0.4598ã€0.4679ã€0.4585,respectively, and the dachangtu island was0.2931ã€0.3352ã€0.3790ã€0.4440ã€0.4776,respectively. The Ecological pressure values of The Xiao huanglong island and dachangtuisland were more than that of the contrast layer, the Ecosystem comes close to degradation. The quantitative evaluation index system and evaluation standards built in this study andother aspects need further discussion, however, on the whole, the results can be able toreflect the ecological pressure value of part of the developed islands in zhoushancomprehensively and objectively, Providing some references for the research of islandecosystem health in the future. |
