In the context of marine economic status increasing, for development of ocean space is even more important, Island marine also takes on a major role in the economy as a whole. Can be seen from the development of all countries, is necessary for the development of the island, is the inevitable choice of marine strategy. Uninhabited island contains a wealth of resources while developing after the island reaches a certain level, developers are increasingly focusing on the uninhabited island, an uninhabited island development will usher in a new round of upsurge. But because of the fragile habitat of uninhabited islands, system stability, protect against outside interference, compared to their ability to repair poor ecological resilience and the capacity of the environment is small, overall, the ecological carrying capacity of the island is located in the lower level. Therefore, starting in Shanghai ecological environment status quo and characteristics of uninhabited islands, comply with the principles of establishing indicator system, construct Shanghai ecological carrying capacity appraisal system of uninhabited islands, Shanghai City, and apply them to different types of Islands with no residents, in order to achieve protection in parallel with development of uninhabited islands, Shanghai City good results.The investigation and evaluation of Shanghai City based on integrated coastal Ocean(referred to as Shanghai "908" special) survey data and relevant research data, construct in the uninhabited island of Shanghai’s ecological carrying capacity appraisal system, quantitative analysis of the ecological carrying capacity and ecological resilience, resources, capacity, ecosystem stress the relationship of the three. The contents of this article are:(1) Basic characteristics of the island. Types of islands with no residents in Shanghai, the number, location, area, coastal landform, environmental factors and other natural characteristics and development situation.(2) Analysis of index system of uninhabited islands. According to the specific characteristics of Islands with no residents in Shanghai and connotation of ecological carrying capacity, application of analytical hierarchy process to establish comprehensive evaluation index system, which define ecological resilience index system, resources, standards and indicators of ecosystem stress system of bearing capacity.(3) The establishment of evaluation model for ecological carrying capacity. Respectively the island ecological resilience, resources, capacity, three indicators system analysis of the ecosystem and determine the weight and based on various system and results form evaluation standards, and quantitatively. Domestic and foreign scholars some of the research results, building evaluation index scoring criteria, to the evaluation is divided into the level.(4) The establishment of eco-environmental situation evaluation model. Build the ecological carrying capacity assessment models based on the construction of eco-environmental situation evaluation model. From the aspects of environmental conditions and ecological response analysis for quantitative evaluation of factors divided ratings.(5) Using the ecological carrying capacity appraisal system in Shanghai Dajinshan Island, Jiuduansha detailed evaluation, quantitative analysis of ecological carrying capacity and ecological resilience, resources, capacity, ecosystem stress the relationship of the three, for examples. To the valuation of ecological carrying capacity, we make some recommendations on the development and utilization of uninhabited islands in Shanghai and countermeasures at last.In this study, according to the characteristics of Islands with no residents in Shanghai, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve the problem difficult to quantitative indicators of uninhabited islands, based on the analytic index system of ecological carrying capacity is divided into ecological resilience, resource carrying capacity and ecological systems-three goals, 14 criteria level indicators and indicators of 35 indicators as part of its evaluation system. Ecological carrying capacity appraisal system used in the construction of Shanghai Dajinshan Island and the Jiuduansha, study shows that ecological resilience of Dajinshan Island, carrying capacity of resources and eco-system pressure is the maximum degree of membership were 0.36, 0.48, 0.86, grades were excellent overall ecological carrying capacity of maximum membership degree is 0.49, rating of excellent. In jiuduansha, the maximum membership degree of ecological resilience of is 0.43, rating of poor. Carrying capacity of resources and eco-system pressure maximum membership of 0.33, 0.63, respectively, is an advantage. The maximum membership degree of ecological carrying capacity is 0.46. Ecological carrying capacity in General and resource carrying capacity and ecological resilience were positively correlated, and negatively related to ecosystem stress.This study highlights is that at present little research of ecological carrying capacity of uninhabited islands, have no specific ecological carrying capacity appraisal system. In addition, this paper selects Shanghai city of uninhabited islands in the establishment of ecological carrying capacity evaluation system as the object, taking Dajinshan Island and Jiuduansha as an example for quantitative assessment of ecological carrying capacity. To provide theoretical support for the sustainable development of uninhabited islands, provide the basis for the use of the development and management of nonresident islands in Shanghai city.
