Water level water intake protection zone is located, which is the most important area to prevent drinking water sources suffer from water pollution, ensure environmental quality water sources. Water quality protection area not only to meet standards for drinking water sanitation, protected areas should be able to meet the protection of various unexpected incidents requirements, such as fast and efficient to take protective measures, and the risk of sudden traffic the response time of the protected area land transport risk the risk of water transport and protected areas such as the impact of the accident.This topic mainly study the model of drinking water level. First studied the water reserve protection system, analysis of status of water quality to the level of reserves, and on this basis, the research level of reserve land formed by rainfall surface runoff transport risk process, using different return period reserve reasoning model analysis of rainfall runoff and rainfall runoff model, the hydraulic calculation of reserves on both sides of the gully, draw chart when rainfall runoff, etc. Simulation level when subjected to sudden accident risk reserve water pollutant concentration with the change of time, the level of water flow field using discrete model of two-dimensional unsteady flow pollutants, implicit difference method was used to simulate calculation of pollutants transport diffusion process, analysis the primary reserve water quality response time range under different return period, thus to intake water risk warning, forecasting. The simulation results show that:(1) The rainfall runoff model and river two-dimensional generalized model can system’s assessment of the level of water conservation system of water quality of water environment safety input and output process, reflects the level of the water environment protection features of the system.(2)In Ma Bian river level reserve repeat frequency, the less rainfall, rainfall runoff, the greater the amount of runoff, in turn, shows the trend of increasing; In water level reserve system response time decreases with the decrease of the rainfall frequency.(3) Due to the effect of rainfall runoff pollution risk occurs, the level of reserve land border first detected from gully T area to the intake of the pollutants, time of about0.2h, less than the general online monitoring equipment, test time, so need to reserve strict pollution prevention and control measures and formulate effective early warning plan to ensure the safety of water inlet water quality.This topic through to the level of reserve land and water environment simulation system, can be used for analysis of sudden pollution accident of protected area pollutant transport, and primary reserve response time, the quality of the water for water source emergency measures to ensure the safety of water inlet water quality, ensure the residents drinking water safety and social stability, which has very important significance.
