The gas tunnel construction process is a high risk process, especially, the gas explosion accident leaded by the gas emission which is great threat to people’s life and property. Based on this, men have an urgent demand for an effective risk assessment method of gas emission, especially for the risk assessment in operation.This paper takes the Longquan mountain tunnel as the example to research the gas risk of tunnel on construction by variety methods like field test, computer simulation and so on. Study contents in this paper are mainly included as follows:1. For the situation that the evaluation method of gas risk in tunnel construction needs to improve, we study the risk and its characters in the gas tunnel.2. Based on the Longquan mountain tunnel, this paper research the migration law of the gas in tunnel on construction by variety methods.3. This paper studies the consequence and main factors of the gas disasters happen in tunnel construction. Combined with the current law, this paper builds a risk assessment model of gas emission.4. The above model was used to evaluate the Longquan mountain tunnel. Based on the results, we give out the suggestion of risk control measures.
