With the continuous development of China's industrial economy,the level of process technology and equipment for manufacturing enterprises has been continuously improved.However,while harvesting huge economic benefits,enterprises are also facing security risks and even safety accidents that are constantly emerging in the production process.As in a production workshop where people gather,accidents often occur due to irregular production operations.Not only does it cause significant economic and public pressure on the company,but it also brings different degrees of influence to other companies and society.How to analyze and identify the potential dangerous and harmful factors in the production process scientifically,completely and efficiently,do a good job in safety evaluation and put forward practical and feasible safety measures according to the evaluation results,which has become the key to prevent or even eliminate accidents.In the process of implementing safety management and ensuring safe production,safety evaluation is one of the important work contents.The paper uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the safety evaluation index system and evaluation model of workshop workers,and applies the evaluation model to evaluate the production safety of a candle-making enterprise workshop.On this basis,AnyLogic software is adopted to build a system dynamics simulation model.Through the analysis of simulation results,the accuracy of early safety evaluation results is verified,and two key factors affecting system safety are also obtained which provide theoretical basis for the production safety risk analysis and accident prevention of candle workshop.The general content and findings of this paper are as follows;(1)By using the related theory of safety evaluation to investigate and analyze the safety risks and main influencing factors in the workshop process of candle enterprise.(2)Based on AHP-fuzzy mathematics theory,the factors affecting the safety of the candle shop workers are scientifically identified from the aspects of man,machine,environment and manage,and build the safety evaluation index system of the workshop workers(3)The membership degree and weight value of the evaluation indicators are determined based on the expert survey method and the analytic hierarchy process.(4)Based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,build the fuzzy evaluation method for the safety of workers in the candle workshop and the safety evaluation was carried out to obtain the safety risk level.(5)Establish the system safety simulation model and analyze the simulation results.
