When cement added in an amount of15%to20%when added in an amount of fly ash is controlled in the range of20-30%, to achieve a better curing effect.(2) combined with the characteristics of the the northeastern Sichuan geography, climate, ecological factors, etc., through the of drilling solid waste disposal program comparative analysis to determine the local landfill, concrete cover, the final disposal of rehabilitation programs, to achieve better disposal of the effect.(3) According to the national and industry standards, combined with the drilling of solid waste, the stabilized soil physical and chemical characteristics as well as taking into account the utilization of the waste storage facility, raised the the seepage sewage pools (Landfill pool), well inside and outside the circulatory system, leachate collection system building standard mode f or of drilling solid waste di sposal facilities and to determine landfill program and final disposal facilities for rehabilitation.Studies have shown that the concentration of pollutants solidified soil leaching solution reached a kind of standard requirements of the national wastewater discharge standards, stabilized soil disposed of in landfill rehabilitation, drilling solid waste harmless; drilling solid waste disposal facilities tracking and monitoring to verify the reliability of the pollution disposal facilities, effectiveness, and achieved good results in the effective protection of the local environment. This study is not only effective disposal of solid waste in northeastern Sichuan Drilling provides guidance, and provide useful lessons for other parts of the drilling proper disposal of solid waste.
