Fracturing truck is one of the essential equipment during the fracturing and acidizing. During the construction, it often works under hundreds of MPa high pressure. It has put forward much higher demand for the construction security. So it often has a portable monitor.But those monitors usually has a big cubage and are based on cable.The author developed a portable monitor used for remote control the fracturing truck. The meter is based upon wireless communication. It has small size, friendly interface and easy to carry. This article mainly discusses the development of techniques and methods of the monitor.(1)Overall scheme design of hardware and software for the portable monitor.(2)Hardware design and production technology, such as power modules, interfaces circuit of wireless communication, interfaces circuit of LCD, interfaces circuit of RS485, interfaces circuit of Micro SD card and circuit of STM32F103VET6chip minimum system.(3)Driver design of LCD and touch screen.(4)The free communication port program of single-chip communication and PLC. The NRF24L01wireless communication program design.(5) A calibration method of the resistive touch screen based on three coordinates.(6)Design of interface based on μC/GUI.(7)RTC of STM32F103VET6chip program design.(8)The data storage of Micro SD card and FATFS file system design.(9)An experiment platform was established by Siemens S7-200PLC, thermal resistance temperature sensor and electric relay to test the monitor.The experiment shows that the monitor works well in remote communication. The data display is timely. The interface is concise and easy to operate. The touch screen control is stable and reliable.
