To provide a broad space for the application of natural gas pipeline, which is an important way to transport natural gas, according to incomplete statistics, in2013the national gas transported by pipeline natural gas accounted for84%of the total, the safe and stable operation of the natural gas industry concerns the stability and sustainable development of the long distance pipeline.The ESD system as a long-distance emergency protection system of station pipeline process have an irreplaceable role in guaranteeing the pipeline running smoothly, it is the station of the last barrier, is to reduce the accidents and disasters, one important means, emergency disposal site based on this, the thesis of ESD system hardware architecture and the software logic the West East gas transmission station for analysis and design.The station hardware architecture of the ESD system conducted a comprehensive description, the main modules and functions of the hardware is discussed in detail, and the parameters are given and the disposition of hardware module, to meet the demand for hardware software logic.At the same time, this thesis also software logic to the ESD system to conduct a comprehensive design and interpretation, including automatic start stop logic, compressor station startup logic, fan analog control logic, the common input/output logic, and careful description of the implementation of relevant logic and starting conditions, through on-site inspection and test run, to advance the design goals, can be effectively used in practice, have high reliability, can effectively guarantee the pipeline safe and stable operation of the station.
