As a country with great amount of energy consumption,the oil-gas transportation project in China started late.With the development of the society economy,the scale of oil-gas transportation has continued to show a rising trend for many years.Depending on the good stability,closeness and continuity,the pipeline engineering may keep less oil-gas loss,and ensure the oil quality.Compared to the traditional transportation methods such as ships,trucks and trains,the pipeline transportation has the without compare advantages.With the gradual implementation of the "China made 2025" strategy,the task about automation and intelligentization of industrial control is imminent,and the automatic control of oil-gas pipeline transportation forms a vital part of the oil-gas transportation industry.Automation level of pipeline control is essential to the oil-gas industry.The improvement of automaticity is not only greatly reducing labor costs but also reducing the risk factor,improving security and the effectiveness of control.A set of reliable control logic is the guarantee of the safe,smooth and efficient operation of the pipeline.This paper mainly researches the PID control method of long distance product pipeline and the application of the latest PID control technology in the actual pipeline.First,I summarize the application of mature control technology at home and abroad in long distance pipeline,and introduce the model theory of liquid pipeline simulation software-SPS(Stoner Pipeline Simulator).Then I use SPS software to analyze the PID control of the actual pipeline,and simulate the most advanced PID Technology,including the elimination of integral saturation,three control low selection theory and the fuzzy PID control.In the end,I modeled and programmed two control procedures in SPS software based on the experience of the long product pipeline.The two procedures are undisturbed manual/ auto switch in PID control and undisturbed switch pump.
