In China, the swine resource utilization is very low, less than10%, mainlybecause of swine hemoglobin in color and smell, limiting its application. Only a smallpart as food supplies, to be processed into blood meal or fermented blood meal as afeed additive. The use of swine ’s blood can be used for other biochemical reagentspharmaceutical production and development of peptides and peptide drugs and foodadditives.
