In the process of deep coal mining in Shuonan Mine of Shanxi Province, there are aconsiderable number of roadway and chambers distributed in argillaceous sorruondingrock, and the argillaceous sorruonding rock expansion easily in fluence of water, to burieddeep argillaceous sorruonding rock the supporting large section chamber bring greaterdifficulties. This paper based on repairing skip loading pocket of Majia-liang Coal Mine asthe project background, using a combination of laboratory experiments, theoreticalanalysis, numerical simulation and field measurement and other research tools,tomechanical properties before and after the disturbance of surrounding rock and failuremechanism and supporting technology for further research.Argillaceous rock mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock before and after thedisturbance were obtained by rock mechanics experiment, hale hydration test, and the peakof surrounding rock after grouting reinforcement test.the results as follows:①argillaceoussorruonding rock strength of14MPa, softening coefficient of0.2to0.6, the shear strengthis less than3.4MPa, a tensile strength of0.5to1.0MPa, is a soft rock.②the argillaceoussorruonding rock expansion easily in fluence of water, with the extension of time, brokendegree increasing, strength gradually reduce, hydration intensity fell by75%in3days③peak residual strength were improved after grouting, mudstone arenaceous mudslurry after one residual strength after reinforcement increased by1.3times and1.3timesrespectively, chemical pulp after reinforcement increased by3.3times and3.3timesrespectively. Based on the test data, and generalized Hoek-Brown strength criterion wasused to estimate the physical and mechanical parameters before and after thedisturbance,which is rock uniaxial compressive strength, modulus of deformation,cohesion, internal friction angle, etc., provide the basis for the numerical calculation.“Thesurrounding rock wall fracture zone after chemical grouting, prestressed anchor cablestructure of reinforced concrete reinforcement” joint reinforcement scheme was putforward, design of reinforcement parameters theory, get a preliminary validation bynumerical simulation.By the project of repairing skip loading pocket of Majia-liang CoalMine and engineeringmonitoring shows that anchor force of76.9~131.7kN, peripheraldisplacement of-1~1mm. After the overall carrying capacity of rock reinforcement andstructural improvement, effective control of the surrounding rock continueddeformation,the analysis method and reinforcement techniques described in this paper wasproved to be feasible. Finally, based on the above numerical analysis method, the impact of factors such as the stability of chamber rock characteristics, ground water, in the form ofchamber permanent support structure and intensity of research, the characteristics ofsurrounding rock, ground water is the main reason influencing the stability of surroundingrockwhile the strength of the permanent loading chamber stability was less affected.
