The high dust concentration in the air of workplace will cause harm to the enterprise safety operation and the life safety. We can monitor the dust concentration in real-time by using the Dust Sampler. The method is the most effective one.The membrane should be replaced after working for a period of time. At present the common replacement is manual.This will affect the measurement accuracy due to the operation of mistakes. In order to solve the above problems, The Paper designs an automatic changing membrane device, taking the automatic changing membrane device as the research object. The device proved to be stable and reliable by using CATIA, ADAMS simulation and MSP430.This paper introduces the working principle of an automatic membrane changing device. The device designs by the CATIA. We can get the mechanism installation dimensions by using MATLAB.We can establish and simulate the feed mechanism and the clamping mechanism for the automatic membrane changing device. We set the different input functions according to the actual condition of working system and compare the obtained simulation results. We selected the best working conditions. The working result shows that the device replaces the membrane accurate and work reliable.The device is controlled by the microcontrollerMSP430. We select the hardware and design the circuit. At last, the Paper introduces the control software.In order to test the working performance of the automatic membrane changing device, the Paper experiment this device. By installing and debugging, the experimental results show that this device can meet the working requirements. This effectively solves the inaccurate measurement problem because of the manual replacement.The device achieved the sampling automation, efficiency and accuracy.
