Process Research Of PVC/GMT Composites By Aqueous Suspension

Aqueous suspension is a new production technology for GMT .Comparing to general method of GMT,Aqueous suspension overcomes the handicap that thermoplastic dips fibre ,resin can be broken down easily in high temperature. in this paper,we firstly did some analysis on the structure and basic characteristic of enforcing materials.And by research we chose the C₂₂H₄₄O₄S₂Sn as the stabilizer of PVC paste resin.Then,we studied the isotropy in plane condensability about mat from the moulding mechanism of fibre mat. and we measured the size of PVC grain molecular weight of PVC.We studied the external affecting factor in the process of PVC/GMT by Aqueous suspension. And we discussed the effect of content of fibre all sorts of fibre mat the content of ACR flowing reagent on PVC/GMT mechanics performance. When we control the content of fibre in 30%-35% the content of ACR401 in 2%-3%. We can achieve good mechanics performance. The content of glass fibre all kinds of glass fibre mat influenced the void content of PVC/GMT. At the same time,the same nature of mechanic performance in all direction was studied about PVC/GMT. we dealed with the glass fibre in silane coupling agents and discussed the effect on PVC/GMT mechanics performance.KH560 is super than KH550 in drawing intension. but in curve intension KH550 is super than KH560.We also discussed the inside factor in the process of PVC/GMT. The temperature field the design of dipping resin the pressure was studied in the manufacture of PVC/GMT sheets.With microscope and SEM ,we discussed the inside structure of PVC/GMT. And we analysised the relationship between the structure and performance.The "loft" of sheets in preheating was studied . as main points,the influences of mat structure fibre content and preheating time on the loft ratio were considered. And we probe into the main mechanism of loft. After PVC/GMT was warmed up for 10min,glass mat can relax sufficiently.Moulding process is an important section in the second moulding of GMT,we studied the effect of moulding temperature moulding time on PVC/GMT mechanics performance and heat distortion temperature. And we determined the heat stability of moulding sample in different moulding temperature, the temperature of moulding is controlled in 195℃-200℃and the time of moulding is 25min ,we can achive perfect mechanical property. And resin can soak fibre perfectly.By analyzing the factor influencing aqueous suspension, adjusting moulding ,we produce perpect GMT in mechanics performance. It proved aqueous suspension method is an economical and feasible production technology for GMT.
