The raspberry is the Medicine-food Plant annunciated by ministry of health of country. In the food application , the products about fruit jam、fruit juice etc and the raspberry which are directly edible is mainly researched ; In the medicine application, it is the same as other traditional medicine which may treat disease. However, both these utilizations have disadvantages. Due to its characteristics of short fruit period、high-costs and perish ability, the use of the raspberry is confided by the season , but the use of dry fruit is used mainly by mixing the other traditional medicine in the way of water-boiling , which may both destroy the active ingredient and limit the utility of raspberry.In order to widen the scope of application and change the monotonous traditional mode of using for the raspberry, Taking the grain size of crushed particles measure the effect of ultra structure in this paper , the raspberry are prepared by using solid state grinding method, airflow crushing method , air-solid combination crushing method and liquid phase high pressure micro-jet crushing method. A comparison of particle size, surface area, power comprehensive characteristics, microscopic shape , stability, dispersion, hygroscopic conventional composition and activity is given by the effect of different milling process distributing .The study has been established the dissolution dynamics model, preliminarily study their dissolution characteristics and found the reasonable critical particle size by dissolution characteristics of the different particle size of the raspberry. Then study on fingerprint of the 70% ethanol extracts of raspberry by HPLC. According to the similarity of theory to evaluate the similarity of traditional Chinese Medicine provided by State Pharmacopoeia Committee (2004),The similarity of high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint of raspberry is analyzed, Based on them, the common pattern of the chromatography fingerprint of the micro powder of raspberry is established and compared of raspberry pre-and post-Ultramicrocomminu tion.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1 .the paper makes comparison of four methods including solid state grinding method, airflow crushing method , air-solid combination crushing method and liquid phase high pressure micro-jet crushing method to measure2. Through ultramicro smashing, the surface area of raspberry powder obviously increases, The fluidity and the jet all has the enhancement, The moisture absorption speed speeds up,but Reduces unceasingly along with the granularity, The reunion phenomenon occurs the probability also increases;3.raspberry fine powder is higher the dispersivity in ethyl alcohol than that in water;In water, supersonic processing may obviously enhance the dispersivity of raspberry fine powder ;SiO2、MgCO3、Talcum Powder can all get up the dispersion to the raspberry dried powder, Talcum powder dispersible effect is best;4.Sucrose ester、distilled monoglycerride、CMCNa、sodium alginate、xanthan gum、carrageenan、tripolyglycerol monostearates、tween 80,which kind of stabilizers cannot remarkably enhance the stablity of the raspberry powder in the water, although tripolyglycerol monostearates to have certain enhancement function to the stablity of the raspberry powder in the water,but this kind of enhancement function also is only temporary;5.Through dissolves the research to raspberry in vitro, show if makes the raspberry powder the preparation of the intestines to dissolve to be supposed to select 400 mesh or the thinner powder, if makes the raspberry powder the preparation of the stomach to dissolve to select 200 mesh raspberry powder to be best; But comparatively, Makes the effect which the preparation of the intestines to dissolve to be better than the preparation of the stomach to dissolve, 400 mesh raspberry powder Conforms to the zeroth order dynamics model in the intestinal, the output of dissolves and the time of dissolves linear relations to be good, the drug efficacy ingredient release is stable, Moreover the output of dissolves also to have to be bigger;6.
