The development and technology research of loop-hamulus Carpet Tufting Machine is still at the initial stage in our country. In this thesis, taking the implementing organization of 4 meters wide loop-hamulus Carpet Tufting Machine as the research object, we design a set of the implementing organization of needle, hook and knife, the kinematical and mechanical characteristics of which are studied.The implementing organization of loop-hamulus Tufting Machine is with rotary motion of principal axis as input and with the match of Tufting performance between hook, Tufting needle and mow knife as output, which can form three sets of more linkage mechanism. In principal axis and shake axis, many sets of linkage implementing organization are arranged. The performance of implementing organization is one of the key components which influences the performance of loop-hamulus Carpet Tufting Machine. The inertia force which is produced during the operating process, will bring about some bad influence, such as vibration and noise etc. By analyzing and optimizing the kinematical and mechanical characteristics, the performance of the whole Carpet Tufting equipment can be improved.(1) The Carpet Tufting equipment is a blank in our country. In this thesis, a set of the implementing organization of needle, hook and knife is designed. The transmission organization of the needle is the connection of four linkage mechanism and the crank block, the transmission organization of the hook is a set of six linkage mechanism, and the transmission organization of the knife is a set of four linkage mechanism.(2)The technology of Carpet Tufting is mainly decided by trajectory of implementing organization. In this thesis, the Tufting performance of the Carpet Tufting equipment and its related mechanism are analyzed, and the Tufting implementing organization influencing on the operation of equipment and the quality of carpet is also analyzed. By using of the virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS, the motorial law of the Tufting implementing mechanism is studied.(3) The crank rocker mechanism and slider-crank mechanism constituting this principal axis system exist unbalance dynamic on their own, which will make the principal axis system change with the influence of the seasonal alternating load so that the principal axis system will cause a vibration. In this thesis, dynamic balancing theory is used to analyze dynamic balancing of the principal axis system.Above-mentioned research can be taken as the reference of improveing dynamic balancing and structure of principal axis system of existing model, and can also guide us to design the future new implementing organization. What’s more important is, this will be helpful for improving the independent research and development level of carpet tufting equipment.
