The price of carpet tufting equipments in China basically depending on imports is too high to seriously hamper the development of Chinese carpet tufting industry. The core technology of self-made carpet tufting equipment is not only the necessity of the industry, but also has the strategic importance to change the pattern of the carpet industry in the world. At present, Dong-hua University and large domestic enterprises are engaged in the design and technology research of carpet tufting equipments. Various types of the carpet tufting machines successfully researched and made have been put into production and obtained good economic profits. Domestic carpet tufting High Speed is an inevitable trend. The research of the dynamic characteristics and vibration of the carpet tufting machine’s shaft is the key technologies to achieve high-efficiency and high-speed.This paper first established the center of mass under acceleration the gravity equation of eccentric crank-driven rocker Linkage frame, and evolved differential equations of linkage flexible system from the perspective of elastodynamics ; and then establish sets of dynamic simulation model of crank Linkage frame, a dynamic simulation、balance analysis and the optimization of simulation results were processed; Finally ,the CATIA entity model of the eccentric part of a main transmission shaft was established, the frame was Parametrically modeled by APDL language and the modal analysis harmonious response analysis of eccentric part was processed by ANSYS, finite element analysis software.The movement of the crank linkage was studied at various institutions of the dynamics of rigid and flexible body flexibility kinetic analysis in theory; nonlinear bearing on the Rolling bearings used in the modeling of analysis, and gived lagrange equation stems from the vibration equation. To dynamic analysis based on the use of simulation software ADAMS made crank mechanism design and optimization of the balance, this balance is ideal state agencies under the theoretical solution, and not in the actual work certainly feasible, the relevant parameter optimization programme after the decoupling of the state by the agency and space constraints balancing not only viable, but also there are good results. The corresponding 3D finite element model is calculated by use of ANSYS finite element analysis (FEA) software, and the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the eccentric mechanism are carried out. The inherent frequencies, mode shapes and forced vibration point’s displacement-time history curve of the first 5 modes are calculated respectively, The analysis results show the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the whole eccentric mechanism. Concrete analysis was made on the structural parameters of the dynamic properties of main axis. bending and torsional coupling problem was researched on the main transmission shaft to a certain extent , and feasibility plan was proposed on raising all the bearings to increase the spindle bearing stiffness and the long axis of the intermediate shaft supporting, which laid a good foundation and provided a valuable theoretical basis for the high-speed research and design optimization of the carpet tufting machine.
