Heavy size of thermal power steam turbine generation unit is the main electric power support of power grid,its safe and reliable operation is the foundation of the power grid stability.The vibration is the key factor to affect the power generation unit safety and stability.If the unit shaft system vibration is out of limitation,will cause the faults as shaft bending and bearing damage,or even more,shaft system cracking.So,power plants are pay high attentions on the vibration problem,the vibration monitoring is the key process during steam turbine unit working condition monitoring and inspecting.At present,lots of steam turbine are equipped with on-line monitoring system,could get unit current time vibration data on line.Especially recently years,ad the improvement of data transmission and fault diagnosis technology,the long-distance fault diagnosis expert system is used by lots of fields,and it could be used on steam turbine fault diagnosis system.The steam turbine long distance on line monitoring and fault diagnosis system developed in this thesis adopt B/S frame,composed by two large parts: vibration fault diagnosis service on server end and WEB server on front end.Vibration fault diagnosis services include data acquisition and feature extraction module,vibration data analysis,diagnostic knowledge base,diagnostic reasoning mach ine and rotor life analysis and other components.Vibration fault diagnosis system through a variety of graphical interface to provide users with vibration fault expert diagnostic services.Its main functions include: abnormal alarm,fault diagnosis,histo ry,abnormal fault query,etc.The data used in this thesis are derived from the test table.There are 16 vibration measuring points and one speed measuring point on the test table.The vibration characteristics of the vibration diagnosis can be obtained b y performing a series of transformations on the time domain waveform signal of the vibration measuring point value.According to the national standard and experience set limits,when the vibration characteristic value reaches the limit after the alarm,sta rt the automatic diagnosis,the vibration characteristics of the parameters obtained by fault reasoning to automatically diagnose the results can also be diagnosed by expert assistance system.And according to the knowledge base set,operator is to be prompted the cause of the failure,the consequences and the action can be taken.At present,the software designed in this thesis has the function of list function,the alarm list of the specific unit and the automatic diagnosis function,the interactive diagnosis function and the historical data inquiry function.Basic realize all the functions of the TDM system expect demanded,complete completion of the subject of the target set.
