The automobile gave people convenient in living and working, at the same time, italso brought serious environmental pollution and energy crisis. Researching anddeveloping electric vehicles became an important way to solve the above problems. In theprocess of researching and development of electric vehicles, establishing computersimulation models and developing simulation software, performance simulation of thevehicle can reduce research costs and short development cycles. Therefore, electricvehicles and their associated simulation technology are of great significance.In this thesis, primarily take the core components of electric vehicles (power battery,traction motor, coupling system) as the research objects. Studied working principle andoutput feature of lead-acid batteries and nickel-metal hydride batteries, establishedmathematical models of the battery and provided the battery voltage and capacityparameters matching calculation method. Studied the working principle and dynamiccharacteristics of DC motor and AC motor, established the mathematical model, gived themaximum power of the motor parameters matching calculation method. Analysis theworking principle and characteristics of the planetary gear which works in the form ofspeed coupled output power coupling system.And then used specific electric vehicles as prototypes, established single/double driveelectric vehicle acceleration performance mathematic models in forward simulation way.Established a single charge driving mileage’s mathematical simulation model on drivingcycle conditions in reverse simulation way. Component simulation models of any of theabove model by the MATLAB program code. Simulated the process of accelerate and thetravel distance in a single charge, drawed the power characteristic curve and analysised thesimulation results.Finally in the aforementioned work, designed a welcome interface, a simulation setupinterface and a component parameters interface on MATLAB/GUI software platform,encapsulated the corresponding simulation program code. Contacted the simulationinterface combination, realized the interface between switching and data transfer. Compiled by MCC, the software named YD_EYFZ generated, which was independent andexecutable from the MATLAB environment. Used this software simulated the prototypes’performance and showed simulation results. |
