In the field of engineering construction,BIM technology is an important support for realizing the high-quality development of Chinese construction industry,and BIM modeling software is the basis for applying BIM technology.But the current domestic BIM modeling software in China has many problems such as weak foundation and restricted core technology,and its market share is occupied by similar foreign software.The development of domestic BIM modeling software is a systematic project,which is affected by many factors,and there are internal links between the factors.However,the existing research has not systematically analyzed the internal relations between the influencing factors,and cannot provide clear and definite guidance for the development planning and decisionmaking of domestic BIM modeling software.Therefore,this article aims to study the influencing factors and influence paths of the development of Chinese BIM modeling software,and combine the opinions of experts to provide strategic suggestions for the development of domestic BIM modeling software.The main research work is as follows:1.Clarify the development status and shortcomings of domestic BIM modeling software.Through 236 survey questionnaires,this article clarified the application of Chinese BIM modeling software in the fields of housing construction,municipal administration,bridges and tunnels,and clarified the advantages and disadvantages of domestic software and similar foreign products in 12 dimensions like ease of use and scalability,and it is concluded that domestic software has great room for improvement in many aspects such as stability and software processing speed.On this basis,combined with expert interviews,this article analyzed the development difficulties and opportunities of domestic BIM modeling software.2.Analyze the influence factors and influence paths of the development of Chinese BIM modeling software.Through 32 documents and Delphi method,28 factors influencing the development of domestic BIM modeling software have been preliminarily identified.Then,based on 150 survey questionnaires,14 key factors were identified based on the PCA method.Subsequently,the second round of expert interviews was conducted,and the integrated DEMATEL-ISM hybrid modeling method was used to sort out the hierarchical structure and internal connections of the key factor system,clarify the path of factor influence,and then the development influence factor system was interpreted from four dimensions.3.Summarize the development plan for Chinese BIM modeling software.Combining related foreign software development models,domestic enterprise development focus,this article clarified the development focus of domestic software,and provided suggestions for the development of Chinese BIM modeling software from multiple dimensions such as policy/market/R&D deployment/software technology and multiple subjects such as government/software companies/research institutions. |
